Booking an appointment at Gen and Moon Skincare + Wellness confirms that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service value. You are welcome to send someone else to take the place of your booked service to avoid a cancellation fee so long as the service provider is notified and approves the changes.

A client who has four or more late cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time in the span of 6 months will be banned from booking any future appointments at Gen and Moon Skincare + Wellness.

No Show Policy

All no shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price.

In the event a client cancels or reschedules an appointment within 48 hours or no shows their appointment, the client will not be able to book any future appointments until the late cancellation, late reschedule, or no show fee is paid in full.

All charges will be made to the card placed on file or invoiced to the email on file at the time of booking. In the event a card is declined, the client cannot rebook until the fee is paid in full.

Fees are not to be applied toward any future services as it is compensation for the losses accrued from the originally reserved, but cancelled, appointment time.

Late Policy

In the event you are running late please call or text to let your provider know.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may ask that you reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive to your appointment due to being late there will be a 50% charge of the service booked due to it being considered a late cancellation to cover any losses a missed service has on our business.

If you are late and the service is able to be performed, your service may be shortened to avoid running late and inconveniencing the clients booked after your appointment. There is a $20 late fee to compensate for the inconvenience of rushing the service and shortening necessary time needed for consultation, proper clean up, and any products pre-dispensed and now deemed unusable.

Credit Card Authorization & Credit Card on File

All clients must have a current or active credit card on file at all times or risk any future appointments being banned if fees stated above are not paid in full.

Credit card payments will only be charged for late cancellations, late reschedules, or no show appointments without notice.

Failure to have an active card on file will result in a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected. Any contested payments will result in a permanent ban from Gen & Moon Skincare + Wellness.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Gift Certificate and Product Purchases

Cancellation and no show policies additionally apply to gift certificates. Any appointments booked to use a gift certificate that are late cancelled or no-showed will automatically void or take value from the certificate to the value of the cancellation or no show policy infringed. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any products, certificates, and sales purchased from Gen and Moon Skincare + Wellness are final. In the event there is an adverse reaction to product, notify Gen and Moon Skincare + Wellness as soon as possible to receive a store credit voucher for a replacement item within two weeks of purchase.
